The teachers have had a great time planning activities based on the children's interests.
This week, the children pretended to have a birthday party and made play dough cakes, with candles on the messy table. The children had a wonderful time imagining it was their birthday and singing happy birthday to each other.
As well as this, there has been lots of Easter arts and crafts activities to do such as making a cute chick or printing onto an egg shape to make a pattern.
Some children have also enjoyed designing a hotel for dinosaurs in the block area.
All children were eager to see if they could find any signs of Spring on our nature walk. The children were delighted to find blossom trees, buds and flowers starting to grow.
Apart from all this fun we have been learning to sequence story events in Literacy and have been solving addition and subtraction word problems in maths.
