Bottle & Chocolate Tombola Donations for Summer Fayre

21 May 2015

  • tombola bottles

BSB Summer Fayre, Sunday 31st May, 12noon– 4pm

We are having a ‘Bottle, Chocolate and other surprises Tombola’ at the fayre this year again as it has proved a popular stall in the last few fayres. There will be a separate tombola for children and adults so that no child can win alcohol. We would therefore be very grateful for any donations for this stall.

These could include drinks (beer, wine, spirits, juices, mixers), food items like, ketchup, jam, lotions to bubble bath and shampoo. The choice is yours – think about what you or a child would like to win!

·       Please only donate unused/unopened items that are within the use by date

·       Please bring any bottles containing alcohol personally not via your children

·       All items should be left at the main reception

·       Please take care when transporting any glass bottles

Thank you and we hope to see you at the fayre.
