3000 students from all over the world were invited to the World Scholar's Cup (WSC) global round in Kuala Lumpur in June 2015.
BSB students excelled in this round resulting in two teams, one senior and one junior qualifying for the prestigious WSC final round, comprising approximately 300 students to be held at Yale University in November. This is indeed an amazing accomplishment from our young scholars!

The competitive events comprise creating persuasive essays in the Collaborative Writing; the Scholar’s Challenge – an exhaustive six subject, 120 question exam; three rounds of Team Debate; and the exhilarating Scholar’s Bowl with every team in the auditorium with their clickers (and their alpacas).
While students do celebrate the medals and glory of the challenge, the memories and learning as well as the inspiration in terms of possibilities is what students take away from the World Scholar’s cup.
