It was a day of fun-filled, inspirational and thought provoking experiences for Year 11.

In the morning, we visited the Giant panda research and breeding centre where we saw baby pandas, giant pandas lounging about after eating bamboo shoots and red pandas in open and enclosed conditions.

After another delicious Sichuan lunch, we visited the Huiling centre for adults with special needs. Students performed for, were entertained by and particpated in musical chairs and other activities with differently abled local students here. The reflections about this service centred activity afterwards elicited thoughtful and eloquent responses from our students.
