Half the group went on a trek through the countryside to explore a waterfall where they were able to go for a swim. After lunch and some local ginger beer we travelled to Dolly Bush Estate where we set up tents right by a herd of zebras and the students set about preparing dinner for themselves and the teachers. A nervous wait ensued for the staff as the students put together a daal and a chickpea curry.
Whilst it may not have had masterchef presentation, it was very delicious and very much needed at the end of a long day.
