On 24th November, over 250 Primary and Secondary students made their way to the stage and performed at the BSB Christmas Fayre.

The instrumental groups went first. The Junior Orchestra impressed all with their great technique and catchy tunes, and the Junior Wind Band had the audience clapping along to some well-known favourites.

Then it was the turn of the choirs. The Year 3 and 4 Choir sang some beautiful new pieces that had meaningful holiday messages. The cutest of all was the Year 1 and 2 Choir, many of whom were performing for the very first time.

New this year was the Parents’ Association Choir, who sang with such enjoyment on their faces.

The Year 5 and 6 Choir carolled enthusiastically with beautiful smiles, and the Secondary Choir closed the event with lovely melodies.

It was a whirlwind of performances in a packed theatre – well done to all of the musicians!
