After a sumptuous breakfast at the nearby local restaurant, students of Year 10 worked on the Baisha Chill Challenge till the afternoon. In this activity, they worked on various tasks assigned in the form of a treasure hunt such as sampling local tea, eating a Naxi snack and finding nearby places of interest using a map. They also worked on a play that involved the narration of different stories associated with Naxi legends that was presented to the group.

In the evening, they went on a hike after a short bus ride up to the Puji monastery where they learnt about various aspects of the local Buddhist culture and traditions. After dinner, they were briefed on the activities planned for the next day.

Update at 10pm from Mr. Mahesh Warrier, Head of Year 10
