Reflection of today written by Year 8 students Keira and Evelyn:

Today in Foshan we saw the Wushi (Lion dance) and we also learned how the dance ourselves! We learned a bit of Chinese kung fu that was called “5-step kung fu”. After all of this we went to a restaurant and ate our delicious lunch!

In the afternoon we made custard (shuang pi nai) and some clay porcelain tiles. Most of the people decorated the tiles with their names, while we made ours with a lightening bolt and a pig.

At dinner we got to eat our homemade custard! Then, before going back to the hotel we did a team reflection and “toots” to tell each other who we thought did something special during the day. It was the most fun day ever!
