German Klasse 3 Easter Bunnies

Easter is probably the most important Christian holiday in Germany after Christmas. Easter is a great joy, especially for the children. Easter is also a festival of spring and so there are very old and interesting traditions. The hare is the most important animal at Easter. On Easter Sunday he hides sweets and presents for the children. That's why you see kids crawling through gardens and homes everywhere this day.

Now, Easter in Beijing is not quite the same as in Germany, but to give the kids a little Easter atmosphere, the students of the German Primary School Klasse 3 (GK3) have baked Easter bunnies in the BSB kitchen. From yeast dough to little bunnies, all were shaped and lovingly decorated. Once again, BSB has the smell of delicious cakes to the delight of everyone. Back in the classroom, each student has also written his own bunny-back recipe in German lessons. A recipe that describes exactly how an Easter bunny is baked step by step. And in Topic, the class learned about the different ingredients and how much calories are in such a delicious bunny.
