Secondary Residential Information Evening 3 Sep & 4 Sep

26 August 2019

Dear parents,

As I’m sure you are aware, our residential trips are due to take place on the week beginning 14th October. Having just started back to school, this may seem like a long time away but the trip will quickly be upon us and the school is working closely with our service provider, Beijing Hutong, to gather all the information and details we need to prepare for the trips.

This includes making sure that you as parents are fully informed about the schedules, expectations and safety measures that are put in place to protect all participants. I am sure that there will be questions that you wish to ask and details that you would like explained fully.

In order to provide you with everything you need, we will be running a parent’s evening. Beijing Hutong staff will give a presentation about their company, how they organise trips and the different procedures they have in place. The dates for these evenings are as follows:

  • Year 7: Wednesday 4th September. Starting at 6pm in the theatre.
  • Years 8, 9, 10 & 11: Tuesday 3rd September. Starting at 6pm in the theatre.

Myself and the Head of Year who is running the trip will be there to answer any questions or discuss any details if you wish.

If you have questions about the evening, please just let me know and I look forward to seeing you there.

Regards,
