Order Student Individual Photos & Book Family Photo Session 2020

Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that student individual photos are taken at BSB Shunyi on:

• 24-25 September 8:45am-3pm - Primary students individual photo (already done)
• 3 November 8:45am-3pm - EYFS student individual photo
• 4-5 November 8:45am-3pm - Secondary student individual photo

Imagine Photography Studio is our school photographer this year.

• Primary Students Individual Photos (for those who took photos on 24-25 September) can be ordered now and pay via Wechat for your convenience.
• For EYFS and Secondary, the order forms will be given to students by the end of November.

Please read the instructions below carefully as they have now changed:

New Steps for ordering photo->

1. Primary student will take home a School Photo Order Form on Wednesday, 21^st Oct.
2. Please fill in the Order Form and choose the pose & printing item. Take a photo of your Order Form.
3. Please scan this QR code provided on the order form.
4. Please follow the steps and upload the photo of your filled-in “Order Form” (see example above).
5. You can make payments by WeChat. Please contact Imagine Photography Studio customer service if you are not able to pay by WeChat wallet and they will assist you.
6. All orders will be delivered by express mail to your home or work address, not to school.

* Cash payment will not be accepted by school.  All payments must be made to Imagine Photography Studio.

Sibling & Family photo (Optional)

We are happy to let you know that there is the opportunity to book a photographic session for siblings and family portraits with the Imagine Photography Studio who takes our school photographs. This will take place at the Studio this year on 14^th November 2020.

If you wish to reserve a time slot, please contact (WeChat/Phone Call) the studio to make an appointment directly before Friday 13th Nov.
