Orientation Day morning

Morning session for new and returning families: Secondary families from 8.45am, Primary families from 9.20am

Students are not required to wear uniform on this day

A map is available to help you navigate but please ask if you need help


This session is for:

  • Primary: new and returning families – may attend either morning OR afternoon
  • Year 7: all new AND returning families
  • Years 8,9,10,11: new families, returning families optional

On Arrival

  • New families only – please follow the signs to collect your ‘Welcome Pack’
  • All families - Please use time before and after the welcome talk to check your admissions information details at the desks in the foyer. The admissions team will help with this.
  • All families/new families - Collect Parents badges from the main desk – a separate email requesting passport sized photos will be sent separately to you.
  • Nurses are available to discuss any health issues concerning your child
  • The Uniform Shop and MPR are open to collect orders or make purchases. To avoid long queues please order online beforehand: online order link


From 8.45         Secondary parents and students arrive and collect/check information

9.00                      Secondary students go to meet tutors:

  • All Year 7 students will be directed to meet tutors on the field
  • New Year 8 -11 students meet the Head of Year and tutors in the foyer

9:20                      Welcome talk & introduction in the Theatre for Secondary parents

9.20                      Primary parents and students arrive and collect/check information

10:00                    Welcome talk & introduction in the Theatre for Primary parents and children

  • then Primary families go to classrooms to meet the class teachers

10:00am            Secondary Parents complete uniform and badge collection etc then, go and meet the tutor in their room and collect their son/daughter by 10.30am
