Gemma Louise Robinson (3)

Head of Year 5, Primary Performing Arts Leader

I qualified as a teacher in 2013 at Edge Hill University with a BA in Primary Education and Performing Arts. I have worked internationally for 5 years in both Qatar and Brazil. During this time, I have experienced both Key Stages, teaching in Year 1 and Year 6. Throughout my teaching career, I have shared a love of drama with children and teachers alike, directing a number of school musicals and productions as well as running drama based ASA’s for children of all year groups. China’s vast culture and BSB’s great reputation helped me to make the decision to move my ever-changing adventure to Beijing.

As an animal lover, I spend a lot of time watching nature documentaries with my 2 cats. I also love to be involved in drama and musical productions with local community theatres and I am hoping to carry that on here in Beijing.
