NAE Global Choir

Nord Anglia Education has embarked on an ambitious and exciting musical project in 2017, which will bring together 2,000 students from all 43 NAE schools from across the globe.

  • Global Choir
  • Global Choir

The NAE Global Choir has had an original piece especially composed for the project by the renowned British composer Jack Blume, entitled ‘Wondrous Garden’. The song is about our global community and embracing our similarities and differences, as well as our responsibilities to the past and to the future.

The first stage of the project is complete and involved every child in Year 7 rehearsing and recording an audio track. The students were extremely professional as they recorded the audio in their music lessons, and came together as a year group to record the music video in the theatre. The next stage of the project involves our audio and video recordings being sent to London and edited together with the recordings from all the other NAE schools to create the final Global Choir piece. The piece will be given its world premiere in the summer term. Watch this space!
