Basic Fundamental Movement Skills: To develop gross motor skills and spatial awareness.
Gymnastics: To develop strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility.
Indoor Athletics: To develop gross motor skills, balance, agility and teamwork.
Swimming: The development of water confidence, bubble breathing on their front, basic body position on their front and back developing basic arm and leg actions, as well as breathing progression depending on their ability.
Dance : To develop co-ordination, rhythm and spatial awareness.
Football: To develop teamwork, co-ordination, agility and learn new skills.
Physical Literacy: Further development of fundamental movement and sport skills, allowing children to move confidently and competently in a wide range of physical activity and sport situations. It also includes the ability to ‘read’ what’s going on in particular situations and reacting appropriately.
Team Games : To learn how to work together as a team to achieve a goal.
Fun fitness: To develop and build upon functional movement skills. We will work on specific skills and then use these skills in fun games.
