Swimming: The development of water confidence, bubble breathing on their front, basic body position on their front and back developing basic arm and leg actions, as well as breathing progression depending on their ability.

T-ball: To develop hand-eye co-ordination, teamwork and game strategies.
Athletics: To develop gross motor skills through learning running, jumping and throwing techniques.
