About the role
Join our fast-paced international environment where you will form part of an international team dedicated to providing the best international education to each and every student on our campus. You play an important role liaising with students, parents and staff. You will be involved in the on boarding of new staff and students and informed of all events taking place in the Secondary school. You will manage the student and staff on line platforms and keep them up to date at all times. You will ensure that all classes are covered during unexpected and planned absences.  You will be required to attend meetings and take minutes.  You will be expected to organise the Head of Secondary’s agenda and book appointments and meetings where necessary.
About you
Able to create a caring and safe professional atmosphere for students and staff. Efficient and extremely organised. A native or near native English speaker with excellent Spanish.  You are receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change, you will be keen to share best practice with colleagues and peers.

A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. Your strong motivation and communication skills will also enable you to create a feeling of energy, excitement and personal investment.
