Year 4 Production: The Wind in the Willows

Year 4 bought the classic characters of toad, ratty, badger and mole to life in their amazing production of 'The Wind in the Willows'.

Year 4's performance of ‘The Wind in the Willows’ was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. From day one in practice, the children sang with real enthusiasm, learned the words off by heart and really pushed themselves to the next level. Their behaviour in classes with Miss D’Silva and Mr. Lochhead was fantastic.

The acting on the night blew everybody away. It was a momentous occastion for all the characters, dancers, singers and choir. The acting was improvised when needed, lines rehearsed fully, stage directions and intonations worked on again and again and the heart that they all gave was truly inspiring.

Well done Year 4 and a huge thank you to all parents for providing the superb costumes and props.

A big thank you also goes to all staff involved, in particular Mr Allday, Miss McMahon, Miss Massey, Mr Lochhead, Miss D’Silva and Mr Tant.
