Year 2 Trip to the Lake Gardens

On Monday,  Year 2 went on a visit to the KL Lake Gardens. The trip provided the children with lots of exciting outdoor learning experiences.

It is an apocalypse themed adventure park where children can challenge themselves and test their bravery at different stations that include climbing, jumping, sliding and flying. We were impressed with the bravery, teamwork and perseverance that the children displayed. The children encouraged and congratulated each other in their efforts and achievements. Well done Y6!

It was lovely to be out in nature for the day where they were able to explore and play in the park's surroundings, whilst using their teamwork skills. The children showed a keen interest in learning interesting facts from the various information boards around the park. A particular point of interest was the Poisonous Sausage tree, which is native to East Africa. All enjoyed a great day out exploring the wonderful lake gardens. It was indeed an enjoyable day of fun and learning.
