This term the Nursery children have started to learn the sounds connected with letters. Every week we focus on a new letter and the children do lots of hands-on activities to help them learn to identify the letter and the sound it makes.
Each Nursery class has a letter of the week area and the children are encouraged to bring in something from home that starts with that week's letter. By the end of the week, the tables are full of lots of different objects!
