BSB Trip to France - 2nd June Updates

A busy day today! After a quick breakfast, we all jumped on the metro and headed over to the Stade de France. After having a guided tour, we spent some time looking through the museum which highlighted the major events in the stadiums history. Following that, we made a surprise visit to The Basilica of Saint-Denis. This wasn't on our itinerary, but we took the chance to see some classic Parisian architecture.

We then ran to make it for our boat trip which passed many Paris highlights. After a naughty break of ice-creams and slush puppies, we boarded the metro again to go to the Montparnasse Tower. Over 200 meters high, the views were fantastic - and a little scary! A flying visit to the Arc de Triomphe was followed by dinner and then the metro home. By that point, everyone was ready for bed!
