FOBISIA Orchestra Festival Updates - students have arrived in Phuket

12 November 2015

  • FOBISIA Orchestra Festival at BISP in Phuket

7:17pm Update from Ms. Clark.  Our 3 BSB students have arrived in BISP, Phuket, Thailand.

Today 3 BSB students, Mingqi See (Y7), Bonnie Roh (Y9) and Max Han (Y9) boarded the plane to Phuket, Thailand with their instruments and music to take part in the FOBISIA Orchestra Festival at the British International School of Phuket (BISP).

They will rehearse together for 3 days with 80 other students from the various FOBISIA schools and perform two difficult pieces by Mozart and Bizet in a concert this Sunday, 15th November at BISP. This is a wonderful opportunity to play difficult repertoire in a large ensemble, and we are proud of them!

Please follow our trip updates on the Performing Arts blog.
