Gk1 learned a lot about healthy food. We got to know the differences between fruits and vegetables, built up the “food pyramid” and linked each kind of food to the correct position in the pyramid.
By learning that fruits and vegetables are healthy and whole wheat bread is important for the energy we need for a school day, we decided to make a healthy breakfast all together.
The breakfast is the most important meal during the day and without a good and healthy breakfast we don’t have the energy to give our best and work hard in school.
