Students' Passports, ID card, Travel Documents
Students please bring in their passports, ID cards and other travel documents on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th October to give to their form tutors. We will then keep the passports safe over the weekend locked in our school safe. This means that we know we have all the travel documents needed for the students and do not have to worry that they forget to bring any documents they need on the Monday morning. If you are still unsure which documents to bring, bring everything! BSB staff will keep the passports and documents and when we arrive at our destination, we will lock them in the hotel safe, so the risk of losing any documents is reduced.
Pick up /drop off times
Mon 14th October - Students should arrive at BSB Shunyi at 6:45am on Monday 14th October. When they arrive, they should go and register with their group leader. The students will be informed of exactly where to go and who to register with in their PSHE lesson after the holiday, so they will have all the information they will need. Please remember that there are no school buses running on that day so you will need to make sure you have a way to bring your child to school. Can I also please ask that all children arrive on time at 6:45am. We have over 100 students to register and check so it is vital that we are organised and thorough in checking everyone is here.
Friday 18th October - We hope to arrive back at BSB Shunyi at 2pm. However, we cannot be exact as there may be delays or traffic issues.
This page will be updated with information regularly so please check back later.
