I graduated from The College at Brockport, State University of New York (SUNY Brockport) USA, where I majored in Public health and Health Education and have a Teaching licence degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked at a non-profit organization, Center for Youth where I taught prevention education to urban school districits. I arrived in Beijing on October 2016 and started teaching at a small kindergarten for a year. Currently I'm working on my master's in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in constructivism from Portland State University.
I’m from a small town just outside of Rochester, New York. I’ve always been pretty active my entire life. I played soccer all four years at university and used to be a marathon runner. Today I still enjoy working out and living a healthy life. When I’m not teaching, I like to exploring Beijing and travel to new places.
