What a fabulous day was had by all on Saturday 7 December as our community came together for the annual NAS Jakarta Bazaar.
The children had such good fun taking part in all the tradition fayre games with the Angry Birds Catapult and the Crazy Golf proving to be firm favourites. The face-painting and funky nail bar were as popular as always and the children delighted in being transformed into their favourite superheros and being ‘decorated’. The Tombola was a star attraction with every ticket winning a prize – of course the fun being whether your surprise was something silly or something cool. Not to mention having your photo taken with tropical Santa. The wide range of craft sellers led to a lot of happy shoppers – and as they all had ethical credentials and were small businesses, we could have guilt free shopping. Parents got to relax with some food, drinks and social chat while the children happily charged around and played. Raffle ticket sales were strong, raising money for our nominate charity (Yayasan Prima Unggul) and the lucky winner were delighted with their prizes. A fantastic day for all the family.
