Y3 Forbidden City group are learning about food from different countries. They practised to read the names of the many countries written in Chinese. They were also able to find the given country on a world map and put the correct Chinese names for this country on the map. Y1 Lama Temple group learnt some basic Chinese characters and how did they look like in ancient times. The children were very interested in how these ancient characters transformed into today’s characters.
