I Have Five Senses

Year 1 have been busy using their senses this week as they used their senses to taste, touch, smell, see and feel different objects and materials.

 They used their nose to smell vanilla and described the smell as sweet, warm, and yummy. They used their sense of taste to taste sugar and salt. They described the sugar as sweet and tasty while describing the salt as bitter and salty! They also touched a marshmallow and compared it with a block. They described the marshmallow as squishy, rough, bouncy and fluffy!
