We announced it last week in assembly and this week is the first week of auditions. It is a competition which is open to every child in Year 1 to Year 6. This week is interesting as we actually encourage all children to perform anything they would like to their class within their: Music, Choral or Performing Arts lessons.

This event is a great opportunity and chance especially for those children with hidden talents to show to the school what they can do. The auditions will take several weeks but it is interesting to already hear all the excitement and buzz around the school as well as to see children from different classes or even different year groups getting together to practice and prepare their acts.

The Performing Arts team is equally excited to see and “judge” this first round as well as to help, support and guide the children towards their final performances on stage.
