NAE's Global Campus Creative Writing Competition

  • NAE Creative Writing Competition finalists

The Village School is excited to announce that three of its students are on the shortlist for this year's Global Campus Creative Writing Competition. This is a tremendous achievement as their work was selected by a panel of judges who evaluated submissions from students across the entire Nord Anglia Education network of schools. Their stories will be published in this year's Creative Writing and Visual Arts Anthology. Congratulations to Aidan X. (grade 2), Elizabeth H. (grade 5), and Kahani M. (grade 6) for being recognized for their hard work and creativity.

The 8-14 age group requires children to write a story based on ‘Fan Fiction’ with a maximum of 500 words. Fan fiction is when you take the story or characters (or both) of a work you like and make your own story. Fan fiction is becoming very popular, with lots being written about Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, One Direction, Vampire Diaries and more!

The Village School students joined the other 42 Nord Anglia Eductaion schools to participate in this Global Campus Challenge.
