Last Wednesday, the fundraising for Causes for Animals-Singapore (CAS) came to an end with a school-wide Animal Dress Up Day, with hundreds of DCIS students participating.

In addition the winner of the Support a Kennel design contest was announced, with the following results:

  1. Anna (4AM) designed a beautiful montage which included a colourful dog and many Singaporean landmarks.
  2. Margaux (3EC) produced a wonderful abstract silhouette of a dog on a splattered ink background.
  3. Tobey (3HK) created an original piece showing his own adopted cat Grace as a flying superhero.

Huge thanks once again to all students, parents and teachers for your help, dedication and donations. The grand total for all fundraising (workshop, picture frames, dress up entries) was $1,494. We should all be proud of our contribution to this deserving cause.
