It was an exciting day for Nursery (NEL and NCS) as they took to the stage for their very first assembly. Their topics spanned all the different areas of learning of the school year shown through song, dance and storytelling.

The children enjoyed singing a wide range of songs from ‘They can’t Take That Away from Me’ (a jazz number), ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ (a traditional African song), to a song about the life cycle of a frog.  The assembly ended with everyone proud of the children’s brilliant performance, and even included an encore for the benefit of the parents.
