Children from different age groups have taken part in the Global Campus Visual Arts Competition this year. Choosing from a range of creative writing stories, the pupils had to represent the given text using an art medium of their choice.

Many children took part and the entries were shortlisted before being sent to our partner school  – the British International School of Houston – which decided on a school winner for each category. Harry (Under 8), Samuel (8-11) and Junhan (11-14) were our overall school winners.

All artwork was also looked at by the Global Campus team, who then shortlisted the different entries. Rima, Harry, Isa, Madhurya, Ava and Junhan were all successful in the shortlisting process and will have their artwork accompany the creative writing stories in a future NAE publication. Stay tuned for more details of this wonderful piece which will be available to all DCIS families.

If you happen to see these children around school, then please congratulate them on their winning efforts.
