On Friday 9th June, the Dress-up Yogathon will be open to all students from Nursery to Year 6 and is being held to raise money for the Charity ‘Happy Football Cambodia Australia’ (HFCA). All Students are to dress as their favourite sportsman/sportswomen for the day. Alternatively, they can wear their PE Kit. The Yogathon will be led by our experienced in-house Yoga Teacher - Jessica Dodson.

- Y1- Y6 DCIS School Playing Field
- Participant Fee: $3.00 per child (Donation to Charity)
Yoga helps children to:
- Develop body awareness and build concentration
- Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way
- Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement
- Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group

Additional details:
- All money raised goes towards ‘Happy Football Cambodia Australia’ (HFCA) a charity formed in 2005, with the purpose of working with disadvantaged youth in Cambodia
- Students to dress up as their favourite Sports Personality (Non-uniform day)
(Students required to bring in their PE kit/swimming kit if they have sport before lunch)
- Teachers will be participating in the fundraiser as well
