Next week our Secondary Students are invited to run the 'Daily Mile'

Each morning next week the PE department will be running the ‘Daily Mile’ and are inviting Secondary students to join them. The ‘Daily Mile’ is a UK initiative to tackle childhood obesity and the physical inactivity crisis. This is an optional 15 minute run aiming to make children fitter, healthier and happier and have a positive impact on their behaviour and concentration levels.

To take part students need to meet Ms. Dodson on the field at 7:45am in their PE kit. Students will then need to get changed back into their uniform once completed at around 8:00am. Students do not need to take part every day but are welcome to!

Please watch the short video if you would like to learn more about the ‘Daily Mile’.
