U 11 Girls

What a credit to BIS these girls have been, each and every one of them brought something unique to the soccer team.

Brook was our striker and was on top form, she executed many of the shots, placing them perfectly in the back of the goal.

Halima was one of our versatile players, put her anywhere on the football pitch and she will inspire! From central defence to right midfield, Halima’s skills were revealed.

Malena was our captain of the Phuket squad, another player that showed endless skill – solid in defence, creative and daring on attack, what an asset to the team - she’s tough to get past!

Olivia was our vice-captain, always positive and upbeat helping everyone to play their best and compete. She had such pace, quickly moving in to great space delivering effective passes and/or attempting shots at goal – she gave it her all, a team player we could not replace.

Hannah has played a number of positions on the pitch, however left midfield is her niche. Making fast breaks down the wing, distributing great passes in. Not to mention the numerous shots at goal, one of our top scorers of the tour!

Minami was an asset in defence, we could always rely on her to clear the ball out and commence. She often asked me to play her in midfield but with defending skills as immense as that, I refused.

Amy may come across quiet and shy but as soon as you see her perform on the field, you’ll be surprised – her main position was left defence, she worked so well from beginning to end, stopping that ball from getting in to our net!

Anna Sofia played well in defence, never giving up when things became tough. She worked well with everybody, gelling together as one team - BISV 2015.

Man Nghi is always full of energy, continuously wanting to carry on playing. Her attitude and effort on the field encouraged everybody to keep on going. She never seemed to tire and that we admire.

Luxe was our brave and determined goalkeeper. She prevented so many goals from being conceded, without her, our team would not have been as cheerful! The courage you showed amazed us all, top goalkeeper of them all!
