Change your Mindset - Carol Dweck

change your mindset 1

Try saying it differently:

Instead of:

Try this:

  • I don’t understand

  • I give up

  • I got it wrong

  • This is too hard

  • It’s good enough

  • I’m not good at…..

  • I can’t do it

What am I missing?

I’ll use a different strategy

Mistakes help me learn

This is going to take time,

Is it my best?

I’m going to practise to be good at….

I’m trying to do it

change your mindset 2

With the right attitude you can do anything!
