Christmas Concert

11 December 2015

Thursday December 10th really was ‘The Most Wonderful Time of the Year’. Over 400 children from TX, AP1 and AP2 put on a spectacular Christmas concert showcasing the musical talent of each school. The audience at Ben Thanh Theatre were treated to performances from choirs, orchestras and various ensembles. All the children involved performed to a very high standard, a reflection of the many, many hours of hard work, practice and rehearsals they have put in to make the concert a success. One of many highlights of the evening was the grand finale – over 400 children playing and singing ‘Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas’.

I would like to especially thank and congratulate the 56 children from TX who played and sang so beautifully – they were a real credit to themselves and to TX and I was very proud of their hard work and dedication and the high standard of their performance. It has been a real pleasure to work with the TX choirs and orchestra and I look forward to continuing to work with them and put on more fantastic concerts.
