Student Council - Thank You Lunch

17 June 2015

As a thank you to all of the Student Council committee, a lunch at Café Evita was arranged this week, on Wednesday 17th June.
Ms Marion and Mr Simon joined the children to share pizza and pasta and to thank all of the members that have championed the student voice this year. Over the last 3 terms, the children have helped to develop the new menu in the school canteen, organised the very successful 'Wake up to the Environment' Day and replenished the playground equipment across Y3 to Y6. In addition to all of this hard work, the Student Council have also attended weekly meetings both with Ms Marion and Mr Simon and even given up regular lunchtimes to become play buddies to our Y1 and Y2 children.
Well done everyone - a great year's work!

Mr Simon Higham
