Departing Teachers' Potluck Lunch

"Good food, good company...what else could you wish for?"

We had a great turn out of parents yesterday at the "good bye farewell potluck for the leaving teachers". Once again I would like to thank a fantastic group of parents who made us travel the world through their favourite food; Indian, Argentinian, Malaysian, Chinese, Singaporean without forgetting the delicious Vietnamese food were on the menu. Even though it was quite emotional as we knew we had to say "good bye" to 11 teachers and our headteacher,  nobody cried ;) .

After the potluck, the group had a meeting with Mr Ian in order to complete the next academic year maps of events where parents will be involved. We also had a word about how parents could help with the community service. So stay tuned, next academic year is going to be full of events where parents can support the school , the teachers and also have fun and get to know each others.

Enjoy your holidays and see you on Wednesday 26th of August, in the foyer at 8am for a "Welcome (and welcome back) breakfast" for the newcomers but also the returning parents.
