U14 Girls Basketball Defeat SSIS

29 September 2015

Thursday 24th September saw the U14 Girls kick off their season with a win against SSIS.

The game was incredibly close with the score being an equal 8-8 when the half time whistle went. Caitlyn Brownrigg showed her shooting skill by being the top scorer for BIS in the first half. However in the second half the girls pulled together and worked hard on their defence. Some quick turn over balls meant Annika Decker got onto some fast breaks to put BIS in the lead, the final score was 20-12 with some stand out performances from Annika Decker and My Hoang Vo.

It was a great way to start the season and please congratulate the girls if you see them.

Well done to: Annika Decker, My Hoang Vo, Kiara Kazzi, Annie Pham, Anna Kinder, Caitlyn Brownrigg, Anna Le Nguyen, Hayley Handscombe, Kristyna Phamova, Aina Solis
