Zumba sessions at Tu Xuong

29 January 2016

TX have got rhythm!

On Monday lunchtime, children and staff throughout the school put on their dancing shoes and took part in Zumba sessions! Zumba is a type of fitness which includes doing a range of dance moves to Latin American music. We also included a bit of One Direction and Taylor Swift to ‘Shake it out’ to as well.

The sessions were enjoyed by all, especially Mr Ali and Mr Andy who were really getting involved in the routines. A fantastic and fun start to Healthy Living Week. Well done everyone, especially to Ms Holly, Ms Alicia and Ms Kirstine for running the Zumba classes!
