Student Visit to Christina Noble Foundation

05 October 2016

On Wednesday last week nine students from Year 10 and 12 travelled to the Christina Noble Foundation in District 3 to take part in the first ever ‘Noble Swimming Club’.

The club aims to channel the phenomenal swimming talents of some of BIS’s older students; enabling them to share their love of the water and teach students at the Noble Foundation how to swim.

After a tour of the campus and some baby cuddling, BIS students got a chance to meet their new friends and took part, with much hilarity, in some icebreaker activities.

This week we braved the water in the TX campus pool and both BIS and CNF had fun splashing in the water and practising basic swimming techniques– we look forward to seeing the children’s swimming abilities progress!
