We Welcome Paul Murphy, Juilliard Alumnus

07 October 2016

To support the successful implementation of the Juilliard – Nord Anglia Performing Arts Programme, we will be welcoming a Curriculum Specialist next week.

  • Paul Murphy Juilliard Alumnus

Trumpeter Paul Murphy will spend next week visiting all three British International School campuses and immersing himself in our ongoing music curriculum and school community. Over the course of this year he will be back a number of times to build on our collaboration with The Juilliard School.

Having Paul visit will provide an opportunity for him to actively support how the Juilliard Curriculum is working in various classrooms, and to provide support for successful implementation of the Curriculum using the Juilliard approach to classroom performing arts instruction, including using resources from the Juilliard Creative Classroom.

Paul is passionate about drawing others deeply into the art of music. He has worked as a musician and educator for the Juilliard School, Carnegie Hall, and the New York Philharmonic.
