Year 3 Sleepover at the Tu Xuong Campus

19 February 2016

On the 18th February 2016, Year 3 had their sleepover in the school.

We started off by taking part in a rotation of activities which included, team games, dodge ball and fun in the Soft Play Room. After that we headed to the swimming pool, where we completed an assault course and splashed about with the teachers and our friends. After all that exercise, it was time for dinner! We ate delicious pizza and a healthy salad altogether in the canteen. Then it was time to get comfy so we put on our pyjamas, grabbed our teddies and made our beds for the night up in the Sport Hall. We watched a film whilst munching on some popcorn, but don't worry we remembered to brush our teeth afterwards. Lights went out and we all drifted off to sleep. The following morning we woke up after a great night’s sleep and it was time to get ready from school. A quick change was followed by a yummy breakfast, which was cooked by the teachers and teaching assistants.

The sleepover was great fun and for lots of children this was their first night away from their parents. Thank you to everyone who helped.
