TX Summer Concert

10 June 2016

On Wednesday 8th June TX was treated to a spectacular Summer Concert featuring fabulous performances by TX Orchestra, Milepost 1 Choir, Mei and Ms Lettie on trumpet, Milepost 2 & 3 Choir, String Group, Chamber Choir and a beautiful soprano saxophone solo by Andrew Vu. The finale of the concert, a traditional African song called Si Njay Njay Njay, had everyone on their feet, dancing to the infectious rhythm.

A massive thank you to everyone who helped with the concert – parents for supporting, Mr Mike and Ms Heather for their invaluable support with orchestra, Ms Lettie and Ms Julia for their work with brass and string groups and, most importantly, thank you to the amazing TX musicians who sing and play so beautifully and work so hard in rehearsals. You are all stars.
