APP Year 1 's Global Village

14 June 2017

Year 1 became the whole world today. Not even the rain could stop us!

We built our global village around the Year 1 corridor, connecting all of the classes – and the world - together.

The buildings looked wonderful and the children worked hard to create the roads and features of a town to join them together.

The skyline for our village was created on our trip to the Bitexco Tower, where we carefully observed the shapes of the buildings and drew them with black pen.

When we were back in school we carefully painted them. It was great to see such fantastic teamwork!
