U14A BOYS BASKETBALL vs CIS (17/10/2018)

Final Score: BIS 18 - 20 CIS

"Just like the other games our number 1 play was to run motion, against CIS we did not force the pass or to score but when we saw a gap we penetrated the other team. We were also very good in Motion, Blind Pig and keeping our structure.

In the first half CIS had 10 rebounds and we had 1 rebound on our side and their side. However in the second half we started boxing out and they had 4 rebounds and we had 4 rebounds which was very good. We also needed to put our hands up and not stick our hand in.

In  the match there were 2 players that stood out. The first one was Zack Donnelly because when lane was open he got lay ups which was key and he was very strong to get to the Rim getting 6 points. The second player that stood out was Christian Gladchuk who was a very brave person from our team because he was marking someone that is 170 cm or higher than him and he actually won 2 rebounds over the guy and also he sank a deep 2." - Nathan Nguyen

U14 GIRLS BASKETBALL vs CIS (17/10/2018)

Final Score: BIS 10 - 14 CIS

U14B BOYS BASKETBALL vs EIS (18/10/2018)

Final Score: BIS 21 - 37 EIS

"In the first half we started strong and used motion offense to penetrate the opponents defence. We struggled to score using motion but they were scoring very easily against us. We used box out to rebound the ball in the first half. The second half was a lot better because we were scoring against them a lot more and became more confident during rebounding. We used motion a lot better in the second half than the first half. We finished strong and we got unlucky and lost." - Joel
