Junior Campus International Week 2018 - Parade of Nations

22 June 2018

The celebration of children from many different countries is always a very special thing. International Week at Juniors this year meant that all 45 different nationalities we have here, were able to proudly march under their flags and share interesting information about their countries.

Watching the children cheer one another and see the proud faces of families in the crowd meant our Parade of Nations was a true celebration of Global Citizens coming together.

We had 5 different countries dancing this year, celebrating their own unique heritage and culture and sharing it with their friends. From the traditional to the modern, the students from France, India, UK, Korea and our host nation Vietnam, represented their countries with pride and passion.

In a World Cup year, country pride is always more evident and we saw more than 1 or 2 football kits on display as well as traditional dress and the quirkier outfits that the teachers created!

Our thanks go out to all the parents that came along to celebrate International Week with the students. International Week is truly a BIS Community occasion.
