Youth Cricket Comes to Ho Chi Minh City

Last Saturday, the first ever youth cricket tournament was held by the Saigon Cricket Association, where 2 schools, British International School Ho Chi Minh City and Australian International School Ho Chi Minh City, participated. BIS on Broadway - Secondary Winter Concert

On Wednesday 20th November, a sell-out crowd was treated to BIS on Broadway. The Secondary music students produced a show of the magic of musical theatre and transported us straight to Broadway.

Positive Thinking - Weekly Wellbeing Update

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results.
This week, our Year 11 students continued to focus on a series of lessons aimed at developing a positive body image and the negative role that can be played by the media in propagating a sense of a ‘perfect body’, whilst our Year 8 students were focusing on ‘connecting with friends’.
Many of us as adults have experienced these types of dilemmas in life and can perhaps share some insight with our children about how the results that we hope for can very often depend on whether we are able to think positive.
